Effective learning is a product of attitude skill and knowledge. For enabling students of Alliance School of Management to procure right and relevant skills, many programs are carried out which includes on the field/job experience, outbound training etc.

On Friday the 16th of July 2010, the students of Alliance School of Management were taken for an outbound training program conducted by an internationally renowned trainer. The program exposed the students to various managerial skills one must form through games and activities. By the end of the program, students learnt and experienced leadership skills, team work, motivation and relevance of effective communication.
